Delightful Dahlia Plan 2

The neighborhood of Dahlia can be found in Rancho Mission Viejo, a community with a western spirit and over 20,000 acres of land, including a nature reserve. The community has monthly events and cultivates a deep connection to the great outdoors with its farms, trails, orchards, and ranching operations. Dahlia by Trumark Homes is a collection of two-story homes with plenty of modern amenities, like a fitness center, nature classes, and even a concert venue.

At Plan 2, a young family will find solace in this easy-to-love, California-casual four-bedroom home. In the design of this residence, we utilized a bright color scheme of sky blue, white, gray, and sand. Reminiscent of outdoor light and air, the space feels breezy and relaxed, exuding chic aesthetics with the addition of light marble finishes. Blonde woods and tasteful rattan accents keep the space seamlessly connected to nature in full Rancho Mission Viejo fashion.

The home may be relaxed, but it’s full of eye-catching elements. A painted wood treatment in the primary bedroom and a unique painted wall stripe in the loft space keep the buyer guessing at what’s next. Soft patterns in light grays throughout add just the right amount of intrigue. The icing on the cake may just be the delightful workout room, with plenty of mirrors to keep the space feeling open and bright.

Chameleon Design team raising a glass to 30 years

Raising Our Glass to 30 Years

We’re breaking out the bubbly because team Chameleon is celebrating the firm’s 30-year anniversary! We’ve been on cloud nine this year, as it was on April 2, 1992, that our fearless Founder, Eve Lowey, opened Chameleon Design’s doors with the goal to create an exceptional design firm that catered to homebuilders and residential developers. Since then, it has been our privilege to serve hundreds of clients to help them create bespoke model homes, sales offices, and amenities across the country.

“Thirty years, there’s so much to be thankful for,” says Eve. “Our fantastic clients and amazing team are the best in the business. Chameleon Design wouldn’t be where it is today without them!”
