Chameleon Design Featured Project: Coventry at Turnleaf, Plan 4 // Jurupa Valley, CA

The Coventry at TurnLeaf are new two-story homes designed for family living with up to six bedrooms. Plan 4 has a “Traditional Comfort” look with clean, white cabinets, grey washed wood flooring and white walls. This fresh and comfortably styled home has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with a Bonus Room, Outdoor Room and Den. Great for a growing family!

Chameleon Design Featured Project: Crossing at Turnleaf, Plan 2 // Jurupa Valley, CA

The Crossing at TurnLeaf are new one and two-story homes with 3-5 bedrooms, perfectly sized for outdoor living and entertaining.

Plan 2 is designed with a “Reclaimed Farmhouse” look that includes white cabinets, hand scrapped warm wood floors and soft maize walls. It was designed with a mid-sized family in mind, as it has 3 bedrooms (with an optional 4th) and 2.5 baths. The kitchen and family room open out to a large indoor/outdoor patio- perfect for California living! The plan also includes a bonus room.

Chameleon Design Featured Project: Tower on 19th Street // Costa Mesa, CA

For this project we were tasked with bringing an old building back to life and creating a beautiful and hip home for seniors. Once the construction was complete, we came in and created an updated mid-century modern look inspired by the Rat Pack days. Out went the floral carpet and chairs and in came the clean white tile flooring, stacked stone, dark paneling and large colorful art. We kept the white grand piano and gave that space a collection of art, an orange banquette, turquoise swivel chairs and stone tables. The media room, two computer rooms, library/card room and kitchen all turned out even better than planned and made for plenty of very happy seniors.

Chameleon Design Featured Project: El Sol, Plan 3 // Brentwood, CA

Plan 3 at El Sol in Brentwood is a beautiful 4 bedroom home, merchandised with a growing family of 4 in mind, with room for a playroom and a spot for Mom’s desk. We designed this model with a hint of Moroccan style, as you can see in touches such as the area rug in the living room, the chandelier in the dining room, the mirror in the master bedroom, the pendant lights over the nightstands in the girls room and rug in the loft playroom. The warm wood plank flooring on the first floor really warms up this mostly blue and tan color scheme and pops of teal, rust, and espresso help add to the moroccan accent.

Chameleon Design Featured Project: El Sol, Plan 2 // Brentwood, CA

El Sol Plan 2 is a three-bedroom home that we merchandised for a starter family with a baby and toddler. The design is rustic chic with a whimsical touch of playfulness.  The color palette feels cozy with soft grey, varying shades of pink, creamy whites and it is grounded with wood tones. The kitchen cabinetry is a crisp white and the flooring downstairs is a grey washed wood plank vinyl that looks amazing and really fits this buyer profile’s budget.  We felt that the kitchen was too small for a real island but big enough to have a little something here so we added a useful butcher block island.

Chameleon Design Featured Project: El Sol, Plan 1 // Brentwood, CA

El Sol in Brentwood is a collection of detached homes with smart, stylish floor plans. They offer beautiful interiors with two or three levels of comfortable living space and rooms to connect, entertain and relax. Plan 1 is a three-bedroom home that we merchandised with an office and guest room. The design is mid-century modern with natural accents. The color palette included citron green, grays, taupe’s and a crisp white. The tile has a concrete look and carpeting is a loop in warm grey for an all-over cozy feel. The merchandising speaks well to the buyer profile of a young professional couple.

Chameleon Design Featured Project: Cielo, Plan 4 // Brentwood, CA

The 4th and final plan at Brentwood’s Cielo is a 5 bedroom home built for a young family.  There are enough bedrooms for 3 smaller children, as well as a guest room or extra bedroom for Grandma. We went with a mid-century modern theme for this plan, with a cobalt blue, orange, charcoal and cream color palette. Accents are warm and smooth, such as maple wood cabinets, porcelain grey “wood look” plank flooring and smoky grey cut pile carpeting with loop accents.

Chameleon Design Featured Project: Cielo, Plan 3 // Brentwood, CA

Cielo at Palmilla Plan 3 is a large five bedroom home built with a growing family of five in mind. There’s a master bedroom, bedroom for each child and  a hangout room on the first level for all three kids to use. The home has a contemporary Napa Mission style using golden maize, taupey brown and crisp white colors throughout.  The main flooring has a traditional look with medium tone wood planks and we used a warm cut pile with linear pattern for the carpeting.  Kitchen cabinets are a clean, white wood.

Chameleon Design Featured Project: Cielo, Plan 2 // Brentwood, CA

Plan 2 at Cielo at Palmilla is a three-bedroom home built for a young family with two children. The theme of the design is “contemporary chic” and our beautiful color palette included linen, grey, light beige, glossy white, and bright pops of berry. To complement those colors, we selected espresso kitchen cabinets and ceramic tile flooring in a light beige with linen loop patterned carpet in the bedrooms.

Chameleon Design Featured Project: Cielo, Plan 1 // Brentwood, CA

Cielo at Palmilla is a beautiful enclave of new homes in Brentwood, CA. They offer buyers large floorplans, bright interiors and modern amenities. Plan 1 is a three-bedroom home built with a young family in mind. We worked with the theme of “soft palette farmhouse,” and used soft teal, cocoa brown and creamy whites to bring it to life. Cabinets were finished in white and flooring is warm, scrubbed wood plank and a wheat cut pile carpet.
