Dripping in Gold from the SoCal MAME Awards
Chameleon Design is honored to announce that we have taken home the gold for three of our projects at this year’s SoCal MAME Awards! We are always so excited to attend this event—hosted by the Greater Sales and Marketing Council (GSMC)—that celebrates the best of the best in homebuilding. It was our honor to partner with GSMC to provide the interactive photo booth area and help capture memorable moments during this special evening.
This award season, 12 of our projects were named finalists in five different categories, and we were part of the team for two finalists for Community of the Year. We humbly accepted these wins alongside three of our fantastic builder clients: Melia Homes, Woodbridge Pacific Group, and Brookfield Residential. Our three SoCal MAME Gold Awards were for:
- Townes at Magnolia – Plan 4 by Melia Homes for Best Interior Merchandising of an Attached Home Plan Priced $750,000 and Above
- Jewel at Signature PGA WEST® – Plan 1 by Woodbridge Pacific Group for Best Interior Merchandising of a Detached Home Priced $600,000 and Above
- The Landing at Tustin Legacy by Brookfield Residential – Community of the Year (Hybrid)
As always, we are incredibly grateful for our clients, who work alongside us to create such memorable homes and spaces, and to the GSMC and Team PMP for putting together an event where we can come together and celebrate our fantastic industry!
